Adding and managing client profiles
Store client contact info, project history, and communication preferences.
Navigate to the Clients tab to view your active client directory. Click 'Add Client' to store details including company name, primary contact name, phone, email, and billing address. From the client profile page, you can see all historical projects associated with them, shared reports, and outstanding feedback requests.
Sharing live progress reports with clients
Keep your clients informed with branded, readable web reports.
You can share updates with a client by clicking 'Share Progress' on the project dashboard. This generates a secure, read-only link that you can email or text. Clients can view live status, photos, and completed tasks without needing to create a CrewBox account. This transparency boosts client satisfaction and speeds up progress payments.
Collecting digital sign-offs and reviews
Get client approvals directly through the secure sharing portal.
When a milestone is reached, send a sign-off request through the client portal. Clients can digitally sign on their phone or computer screen to approve variations, change orders, or project completion. Approved sign-offs are archived as PDFs in the Documents tab for your legal records.
