Is there a free trial?
Yes! You can start with CrewBox completely free — no credit card required. Premium features are available on a free trial period so you can experience the full platform before committing to a paid plan.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts. You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Your data remains accessible until the end of your current billing period.
How do I change my billing information?
Go to Settings → Billing in your CrewBox dashboard. You can update your payment method, switch billing cycles (monthly/annual), or download past invoices at any time.
Features & Usage
What file types can I upload?
CrewBox supports photos (JPG, PNG, HEIC), PDFs, Word documents (.docx), spreadsheets (.xlsx), and more. Files can be attached directly to any job record or report.
Can I export reports?
Yes. You can export job summaries and reports as polished PDFs or raw CSV files. Exports can be emailed directly to clients or downloaded for your records.
How many crew members can I add?
The Starter plan includes 1 user (yourself). Pro and Business plans support additional team members. Each crew member gets their own login and can capture work on any job assigned to them.
Security & Privacy
Is my data secure?
Yes. All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256). CrewBox is SOC 2 Type II compliant and undergoes regular third-party security audits. Your data is never sold or shared with advertisers.
Where is my data stored?
Data is stored in secure, redundant cloud infrastructure in the United States. Backups are performed daily. Enterprise customers can request specific data residency options.
